Sport Concussion Assessment Tool (SCAT)

The Sport Concussion Assessment Tool (SCAT) was developed by McCory et al following the 2nd International Conference on Concussion in Sport, held in Prague in 2004.

The intent was to create a standardised tool that could be used for patient education as well as for physician assessment of sports concussion. The SCAT is made up of two single page cards which can be viewed below:
