The Department of Trauma Surgery provides state-of-the-art emergency trauma and critical care for injured patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Department of Trauma Surgery is the largest and most active Trauma Service in Australasia. It receives the greates number of trauma cases of any hospital in Australasia and has developed a strong leadership in this area.
